Main Advantages of LAW Dryers:
Drying column — composed of horizontal channels with a polygonal section. They allow for drying with a double effect. When the grains descend into the drying column, they alternately cross the rising and descending air zones, ensuring maximum homogeneity of the air distribution, a homogeneous thickness of the grain to be passed through and a better thermal performance
Low operating noise level — They are the quietest dryers on the market! In the case of installations close to residential areas, a special silencer is provided for the fans.
Rotary dust filters — truly proven the only way to reduce dust. Using this method for many years, LAW dryers achieve the greatest respect for the environment, with a dust release of only 10 mg/Nm3
VIGITEMP system —excellent tool for controlling the burner. 16 or 32 electronic probes continuously monitor the temperature of the burner
Computerized control — touch screen as standard — fully automatic operation, through a new control system with a large graphic display — automatic shutdown of drying when humidity changes. Possibility to output to the printer
Thermal energy recovery — provides significant fuel savings when drying grains. In this drying method, part of the output thermal energy is recovered again for the drying process, leading to fuel savings of up to 20%
