Plansifter classifier

The Plansifter Sorter was developed to classify products up to 4 different grain sizes. This equipment is indispensable in the grain classification process, besides being a compact and very efficient equipment, it can be used both to classify broken grains (¾, ½, ¼ and tips) and whole grains.

Its new structure is composed of drawers that facilitate the cleaning and replacement of the screens. It has a yield of 4500 to 6000 kg/h of broken rice and 3000 to 4000 kg/h of whole rice.
