Telescopic Automatic Probe

The Telescopic Automatic Probe is essential for all grain reception, drying and storage centers.

It allows you to test the product at the entrance, taking a homogeneous sample and carrying out quick control operations on the samples without altering their characteristics.

The sample is collected by a mechanical system (endless) and transferred via compressed air to the laboratory.

It is possible to equip the system with a closed circuit video camera, facilitating collection operations and choosing the sample point.

Composed of:

• Base with arm support column and rotation and insertion group

• Tubular structure in high-strength stainless steel

• Upper arm extending from 1.90 to 4.40 meters

• Hydraulic probe actuation mechanisms with expansive, rising, descending motion and 180º rotating system

• 2.00 meter endless extraction probe

• Cereal transport set in PVC tubing

• Sample collection hopper

• Great power of introducing the product to be measured when exerting direct pressure on the probe

• Anti-oxidant protection throughout the set and finished with acrylic paint

• Fully electric drives
