Recirculation Dryers

Recirculation Dryers are recommended for low flow rates or when it is necessary to dry different batches of cereal separately and are especially suitable for drying rice that requires longer cycles.

Specifications:

• A drying column comprising:
• 2 to 10 drying compartments (depending on the model and the chosen evaporation flow)
• 1 to 5 compartments are used for cooling (depending on the model and type of grain to be dried)

• A saturated air evacuation column

• 1 column for supplying hot air, insulated with double wall filled with glass wool

• 1 fans for extracting saturated air with horizontal outlet

• A roof

• 1 2-phase burner, with modulating pulsed air type gas ramp

• A pneumatic grain extraction device, powered by a compressor

• A standard control panel, comprising:
• An automatic control and control of ventilation, burner, pneumatic extractor, hot air safety, grain safety, grain level, conveyor control, automatic filling of recirculation, drying, cooling and unloading cycles
• 1 digital control and display screen for the dryer with the memorization of the different alarm parameters.
• 1 output for printing
