Rice Husks

Peeler with Chamber

The Chamber Peeler is an equipment developed for customers who require compact and high-production equipment. The vibrating trough feeding system allows a fine adjustment of production, which, combined with constant pressure, guarantees better peeling quality and a higher yield of whole grains.

The shell chamber, traditionally known for its self-efficiency, separates the product by subdividing it into 4 different products: coarse-grained bran, brown rice, under-peeled rice and husk, thus allowing the use of the coarse-grained bran that was most often sent together with the rind.

It has a yield of up to 6000 kg/h of paddy rice.
